Hi Couture Beauties! The theme for the Met Gala this year was "Punk: Chaos to Couture" and I must say a lot of the beautiful celebs walked the red carpet with some extremely haute looks. I'm still having a hard time choosing who looked the best. They all looked punked out in a beautiful way! Here are my fave hair & makeup looks that walked the red carpet.

Hair 'Nspiration | Ciara's "Body Party" Bob Hairstyle + Video
Hey Couture Beauties! Ciara just released her video this week for her song "Body Party" and it is haute with a capital H. What I love most about the video is Ciara's medium-length classy bob with highlights. It's the perfect length where you can have fun restyling it multiple ways. Straight asymmetrical bobs is like one of my classic hairstyles because you can have a sexy look, corporate look, and causal look in a quick minute. Check out Ciara's pics & video and let me know what you think of Ciara's hair. Enjoy!

Alopecians...It's Time to Breathe & Let It Go
This is for those who have Alopecia with severe bald spots. What I am about to say is coming from pure experience because I have been there and I know the journey that you are on. Ladies, if you have excessive bald spots in your head and the injections & creams no longer work...do yourself a favor and shave everything off. Just breathe & let it go. Hanging onto the hair that is left will only make you even more depressed.
When my Alopecia progressed, I cried every time I looked in the mirror. One day I was looking in the mirror and could not believe how much hair I lost. It looked like something out of the movies. Instead of having bald patches, I had small to medium sized hair patches scattered over my head. I wanted to cry so bad, but couldn't. I guess my body was thinking that crying was useless. I built up enough courage to grab the clippers and shave off what was left. I had all kinds of feelings after everything was said & done. I can say I felt like a whole new woman ready to face new beginnings. I have yet to sport the bald look, but soon I we be ready to walk that journey. I am so in love with my custom lace units and having a smooth head just makes it so easier to attached.

poured a gallon of oil over my head. I would wash my hair every day. Anyway, I was on

years ago. Below are some tips that may be helpful for you. Click Here to read why the following tips work.
Tip 1: Dye your hair

Tip 4: Style hair with curls & waves
Tip 5: Use minty hair products **I recommend using Carol’s Daughter Rosemary Mint Shampoo
Tip 6: Use baby powder
Tip 7: Skip a couple washes * I wish I did this.
